These terms govern use of Final Whistle and the private leagues created through the service.

Service purpose
Final Whistle is a private football prediction game for entertainment and friendly competition. It does not provide betting, gambling, prizes, or financial services.
Access and credentials
Users are responsible for protecting invite links, admin links, passwords, and recovery codes. Actions performed through valid credentials are treated as authorized until access is revoked or rotated.
User content
League names, nicknames, emoji, and flags must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringe another person’s rights. Obvious impersonation of Final Whistle support or administration is prohibited.
League administration
League administrators may change league settings and deactivate participants within documented limits. Administration does not grant access to unlocked participant predictions.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, data correction, or circumstances outside the operator’s control. Official result corrections may trigger deterministic score recalculation.
Fair use and security
Users must not bypass rate limits, access controls, prediction locks, or private league boundaries; probe other users’ credentials; disrupt the service; or automate abusive traffic.
Retention and termination
Access may be suspended for abuse or security reasons. Archived league data is retained and deleted according to the privacy policy and documented 24-month retention schedule.

Final Whistle is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official tournament organizer.
